I am experiencing consistent buffering issues with videos in Cosmos. This problem occurs across multiple browsers, and I have been unable to resolve it. The buffering significantly disrupts my grading process, making it very difficult to assess video submissions effectively. I am using a new MacBook Air, so I don't believe the issue is related to my device.
Please let me know if there’s anything that can be done to resolve this issue.

If the videos are not hosted on the Buzz site, then it is possibly a behavior with the video hosting site or the network, as a couple of potential causes for this encountered behavior. Without steps that will allow me to reproduce the reported behavior, it will be difficult to isolate the cause.
I have reached out to your authorized support representative so they can investigate the support request. If you do not hear from their support team soon, then I recommend reaching out to the authorized support representative to submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
