I have a teacher who is trying to run a report but she keeps getting the following message: Error running report
Code AccessDenied
Error ID d580bf40dece4e7c8bf7c96775fad5e8 (different error ID each time)
Message Access Denied: userId='317503816894993022' (she got 215700094 but this is what I got when I proxied as her and tried it)
the domain is 215699905
teacher's Id is 215700094
she's running a report for
course 215700283
assessment Week 16 - SEMESTER ENDS @ 3:00 FRIDAY MAY 16/Final Exam/Final Exam (Chapters 1-12) FA25
and including past enrollments
I (user ID 73924618) am able to when I try from my admin account. Can you help?
Since it is working for one user and not the other, that indicates that this is a result of a user permissions problem where the user encountering the error likely doesn't have permissions granted in the domain or course where the course activities reside that are trying to be returned in the report.
I assume the report being run is the Test Analytics Buzz report? If so, the report analyzes submissions and scores associated with all courses and items that derive from the course identified by the course ID supplied in the parameters of the report.
Please let me know if you have further questions about this for me!
It is for the Test Analytics Report (in the domain menu). This user has domain permissions under Domain, Users, and Courses for 'Report' (see attached screenshot of their domain settings). Is there somewhere else where they need additional permissions for this report?
Please note the reported observiation indicates other users can run the report. This indicates a permission issue. The user in question is missing the View Gradebook permission to be able to run the report. If that permission is added, please allow up to 15 minutes for the changes to sync across the system before trying it again.

Thanks! I adjusted the setting so hopefully they'll be able to run those reports soon. Thanks again for your help!
