I cannot create subdomain with an admin account

After logging in with my admin account, then open the Domain tool from the Main Menu, and click Subdomains in the tabs bar, BUT I cannot see the "Plus sign" button at the Top right of toolbar. Could you please help me to deal with this ?

Hi!

It sounds like your user account is missing the create domain permission to be able to see the plus button.
