When bulk importing users, is it possible to have a field that will trigger the "Ignore time limit on assessments" and "Limit number of options on multiple choice questions to". You can set this for an enrollment when you add a single user, but is it possible with a bulk csv file? I see a column header called "Flags" with a description "Numeric number of the privilege flags for the enrollment" Not sure what that means?

Currently it would need to be accomplished through the API. There is not a way to accomplish this through the batch user import process.
