When I click my profile picture and then I click settings then it takes me to all the options I have and when I click Send code under my email I never get the email can I double checked if I put my email in correctly and I did I don't know what's going on.

Please reach out to your online education institution to address this behavior. If needed they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support to address it.
