Hello! my mother (or administrator) doesn't know how to make an account for Buzz, so she can set a password so I cant take my exams!
Is there some sort of a special login that was emailed to her or does she needs to create one of her own?

I recommend reaching out to your online education institution to address creating accounts and getting that setup. It's likely they have a website with contacts that you may reach out to.
