I have auto-generated zeros set as a global setting for courses. I need to know at what point Buzz assigns the zeros. The program is doing it for some students but not all. I also have allow late submissions with a 14-day retry. I know the system is supposed to assign the zero after the due date. Some due dates have past and as I mentioned in the sentence above, the program is auto generating zeros for some students but not the whole class.
The flunk feature is performed by a nightly task. It should be expected that you may need to wait up to 48 hours for the flunked score to be recorded. If the enrollment date or end date has not changed on the activity, please reach out to your organization's authorized support contact and if needed they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support to address.
