Hello! My 'needs grading' and 'dashboard' are not syncing together. I am not able to see when things are submitted for grading. And it is not showing how many papers I have graded when I go find them in the gradebook. Ideas? It's never done this to me before.
There can be multiple reasons for this that would be difficult to address without more information that will allow me to experience it. Its possible the student enrollments have a status of active or their enrollment enddate has not expired while the courses have expired.
If this behavior is still occurring, please reach out to your organization's authorized support agent and if needed, they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support to address.

My dashboard states I have 19 active students. But zero active courses. HELP!
