I've sent both validation and regular files but they are not importing.

Hey Julian! I am sorry this has occurred with your files to sync.

This type of behavior would be best directed to your organization's authorized contact for them to submit a ticket to Agilix Support to address.

Update:

We have made a change to address this behavior. It will take some time to catch up. It's hard to say exactly how long before those syncs start, but hopefully in the next 4-6 hours.
