You could use a recording app and then upload it as an attachment to your activity through the activity editor. Another option would be to upload your recording to another site and either link to it (like YouTube) or embed it into the rich text editor of the activity settings.

I use an app called My Voice Recorder. It is free. I then Upload that file as a media file. Hope that helps
