Troubles uploading assignments. My student uploads his work to me & when I open it; it is blank. He has taken a picture of it & directly emailed to me & it is completed but for some reason the it is blank when he uploads with in Buzz. I don't have this problem with any other students so I think it is something their end. I have sent them the visuals on how to upload. Any other thoughts on what to suggest to them?
The student is using an Ipad for his work. Per his Mom he is using the notes app to type in his answers. Is it possible that this is not compatible with Buzz system? They were able to upload successfully yesterday & she says they didn't make any changes to the way they did it. The content was an activity that is downloaded from the Edgenuity Lessons.
