We have had a number of students who have completed a course(course is marked complete based on our settings) but they are not receiving a letter grade. The final percentage score is there but no letter grade. It's happening on a variety of courses. If we go in to the gradebook and submit a score on any gradable assignment it seems to fix itself. Is there a setting or something that may be causing this?

Without reproduction steps to see where this occurring it will be difficult for me to say exactly what is occurring. If indeed a final grade was issued I would be curious to see what is going on. Please escalate this behavior if it's still occurring within your organization so they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support to address this behavior.
