We are using the recording tool for our students in Spanish to practice pronunciation. This worked great last year but this year we are finding that some students have submitted the recording, which shows in the gradebook as completed, needs grading, but there is no recording in the comment box in the grading window. When I proxy as the student, the recording shows on their side as submitted. Why is this happening? We are getting around it by asking the student to resubmit, at which time the recording shows up, but what would cause it not to show up in the grading window?
Is this behavior is still occurring? If so, could you provide an enrollment ID of the student and activity ID of the submission where this is being reported on? What type of device did they record with? Did they record it through the audio or video method in Buzz, or did they upload a pre-recorded file for upload?
