I have several students who received zeros, and I'm allowing a retry. They are completing the retry, but there is no way to submit the retry. Could you explain what I might need to do. When I look at the submission history, all I see is the zero that I entered. I can see that they worked on it, but it just says zero.
Students should be able to submit an activity again after the teacher selects the allow retry button from the grade editor for most activity types. I am not sure what is causing this behavior without steps to experience it. If students are not able to submit after the teacher has selected the retry button then you should reach out to your organization's authorized account and if needed they can submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
I have a user that is experiencing this same issue. Quizzes in the gradebook have the Allow Retry, however, an assignment doesn't provide the option within the gradebook as the Allow Retry button is grayed out.
