iPad single sign on issue

We use a SIS (Genius) and have some schools who are using iPads. On other devices the SSO works great. For some reason even when following all of the information I have found posted, it goes to a blank page and they have to click on the three dots at the top right and sign on again. Does anyone have any insight?
