One of my teachers has asked if there is a way for them to write feedback on PDF documents a student submitted without having to print it, write the comments, then upload it.
Not in Buzz, but if the students are doing work online the teacher may submit feedback within the grade editor when they submit the score back to the student.
Another option is If the student's were posting a link to a PDF file from their Google Drive and they allowed the teacher to make comments on the file the teacher could comment on the PDF file directly.
