Hello,
We are trying to change the information in my child's profile. There is no option to edit the profile under settings. This includes the options to change email address, name, upload a photo, etc.
After searching the help section it says that admins may not have given this user permission to edit settings. Who are the admins? How do we contact them? Any other suggestions?

You will need to reach out to your child's online education institution as they have administrators within their organization who can address configuring those settings / help update user contact information as needed.
