In my "Needs grading" window, as I'm grading students' work all of a sudden .docs and .pdfs won't load. I'll refresh the browser and sometimes they load again, sometimes not. I've switched between Chrome and Edge. Sometimes I'll click through enough assignments and then they'll load again. Is it anything I have open on my desktop? Firewall? A Chrome Extension? Grading takes about 10 times longer just because the assignments won't LOAD.
Yes this can sometimes occur. It's not related to your local system or network. Please let users know when this is encountered to select the attachment button in the grade editor to download the student's submission for viewing.
