Okay, on the primary domain of your Buzz, click the 3 dots by the magnifying glass and then SIS Sync should be listed. You must be an Admin to have this option.

It looks like your user account does not have admin permissions to access the admin app. Please reach out to your organization's registered point of contact to address this behavior and if needed they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
