We do not have the SIS Sync option in our Admin App under the More dots...... Any suggestions? We can't get through to the support line and we need to sync our OneRoster.
If your user does not have one of these privileges, you will need to work with your LMS provider to either increase your permissions or provide an alternative.

It is missing in our Admin App as well
The SIS Sync button will appear for an admin if they contain all of the necessary privileges (see What privileges does the administrator need to upload a OneRoster zip file to Buzz?).
