I made an assignment that I initially had worth 5 points. I want to change it to two points. I go to the activity and change it to our of 2 points and save, but in the grade book it still shows that it's worth 5 points. How do I get this to change?
This is expected behavior. It will change the possible score value when no score has been submitted to the student. After a student has been scored and the grading scale points are changed it will display the score as "scaled to" in the grade editor.
