We are working with a ticket submitted to us by the content provider addressing this issue. It looks to be that a user account from your organization will need to be configured to access the domain that content will be copied to directly.There are no users in that domain and no domain permissions for the user account. Therefore users are outside the subscription and therefore will not see the content they need to copy from the provider as part of the subscription.
