Why am I unable to login to Student Buzz? It worked earlier today until I accidentally pressed on a new update button

Same username and passwords, yet I'm unable to login to buzz. It worked earlier today, until something popped up saying new software available. I pressed it out of curiosity and it logged me out. I was able to log back in, but then after signing out I'm not unable to login again without it saying something's wrong, incorrect username or password, and invalid credentials. I tried to clear my browser history and my cookies, but even then I'm still unable to login. Maybe the server is down? I'm not exactly sure. I'm in the CUSD district server if that helps at all.

Also, I'm currently taking summer school so If i'm unable to login in time by tomorrow I might fail my classes; Someone please help me ASAP, thanks. Maybe I should contact my teachers or the schools? I'm kinda embarrassed to do so which is why i'm asking here first.

Hello Christina!

I am sorry you encountered this behavior. I recommend reaching out to your school's support team to further investigate this behavior and if need be they can escalate it with Agilix Support. Please don't hesitate to reach out to your school as they are happy to assist with any issues that are reported to them. I am also sure they are looking for a good opportunity to troubleshoot.
