To upload a csv to change a username, if the action is "edit" and the first name and last name remain the same, but the username is different will the user's account history, customization, etc remain? Would importing users (with just for a single user) be the best way to change the username?
Yes the information will remain the same if performed and you may perform the action for multiple users. I also recommend additionally adding a "User Id" (without quotes) column with their accompanying user ID's as that is a unique reference for the account that will be changed with the new username.
