A teacher contacted me. She has a student enrolled in one course, and the ACTIVITY stream shows the student had been active in the course. When the teacher ran the User Inactivity Report, the student showed up in that as well. She clearly had activity during the date range of the report and she is not enrolled in any other classes. Can you explain why that might happen?
