When I click on the Communications menu I get a pop up that says "Unable to Navigate" Clicking on details gives me a screen that says the following:
Unable to navigate
Code Argument
Error ID e344023db29a4d748af4dbc1d0e72bf8
Message An item with the same key has already been added.
This is a issue with my account across different machines and browsers, but doesn't seem to impact other users in my domain.
