When students start working on an item and spend some time on it (I don't know how much, maybe a few minutes) the Buzz puts a green check mark on the item.
This happens before the item is completed.
It is extremely confusing for students and teachers, and does not make any sense.
A green mark should be reserved for completed items. Initiated items perhaps could get a yellow mark.
