Is there a way to copy a specific course's settings and apply those settings (i.e. blackout dates) to another course that already exists? I know I can use a template in creating new courses, but what about ones that already exist?

You would need to use the API to "copy" it's settings and apply to other courses that currently exist within the system. Currently there isn't a function to perform this through the Buzz UI other than course templates for new courses.
