Hello Kelley!

It sounds like the institution needs to provide correct credentials to allow your user to authenticate into Buzz. You may reach out to your school who should be able to provide you with the correct information to login successfully. Additionally, if your username is correct, you may use the forgot password option at the Buzz login screen to reset your password.
