I am needing to enroll all the teachers (hundreds) I am managing into new courses for the 2020 school year. Can i upload a csv with all the teachers/students/courses I needed created for the new school year? Any assistance would be very appreciated.

Hi Joe!

You may enroll multiple users in courses through an imported CSV file. An example of the formatting you would use for the file when enrolling users in courses is contained within our document: How do I batch import data using tab-delimited and comma-separated files?

If you are going to import or data into the system such as users or courses, you would need to create a separate CSV file with it's unique parameters (included in the same document above) and upload it through their respective Buzz page.

Does that make sense?

Brian,

Thank you so much for your response. Before I am able to enroll the teachers in their courses, I am being told that the master courses themselves need to be copied to each individual state, then district, and then each school. The guide you linked is very helpful, but is there an example .csv of what this should look like? I just want to make sure I am doing this correctly.

Thanks you so much for your time.

Hey Joe!

The only example that we have is included in that document I mentioned previously. If there is concern with how the CSV is formatted, you may have your organization submit a ticket to Agilix Support and we can verify it has been formatted correctly and what type of copy process you want performed. As a note, this process will only work if the user that is importing the file has access and the ability to copy courses into the domain.

You will want to include the following headers in your CSV file:
