Before the last big change in Jan/Feb when I would print my list of Active Users it would give me the "Active Users only 108 results" at the top left of the report. Now this is not provided and I have to manually count the number of active users each day to verify my numbers are correct. I work in a juvenile detention center therefore this number changes every day and we have had people go in an add or delete students without my permission. As you see I have to keep a running track every day. Is there any way to bring this information back to the top of the report???? Please. Manually counting is an open door for mistakes.
Thank you for your time.

Hey Marti:

You can see the count of the current list by looking at the bottom right, where the pagination is located. For example, in my below screenshot there are 35 results.

Also, if you have to regularly review and want a better format to do it for large sets of users, I would recommend downloading the list of users. You can accomplish this by going to Reports > Other > User Export.

I hope this helps!

So now the count of current active users in a list has been removed from the bottom right hand corner and I am back to having to count them each day by hand.  Will this be coming back?

I'm still seeing the count. Are you looking at the list in the Users tool?

I turned my computer off and back on earlier today and it didn't show.

I just returned from lunch and had turned my computer off again and I now can see it.

My apologies.
