I have a student who has 95% of the course competed ( with listed grades/score) but its showing as the listed percentage for gradable actives as 0/0 completed therefore the final grade is not showing either.

Does any of the items the student completed have the setting of "Require a passing score for course credit" enabled in the item settings and the student does not have a passing grade? If so, this will cause that a course score is not recorded till they achieve a passing score on the items that were scored below a passing grade.
If this does not address your current reported behavior, I recommend submitting a ticket to Agilix Support through your authorized contact for us to investigate the cause of this behavior.
