My students are having trouble accessing interactive in the FLVS Biology and Physical Science Course. Our tech department is unable to trouble shoot. While using a Chromebook, students keep getting the message that they need an update. Our tech team updated a chromebook and it still won't play. This is VERY frustrating considering students are unable to do the labs which are so important in a science curriculum.
Any advice would be appreciated

Hello Quinn!
I do know that Chrome does handle playing flash objects by prompting the user. It shouldn't be asking to update the flash player by default. Is it possible that you can have your organization submit a ticket to Agilix Support? My concern is the frustration being reported from the behavior that is being experienced and there being no guarantee we will address this quickly in the Help Center. Let me know if you need any further assistance!
