We have an issue where items are not falling off the teacher's to-do list after grading. The teacher has provided a score and submitted but it's still on the to-do list for grading. On the student's score/activity history it says: completed, needs grading, has feedback. I have looked through all the settings and can't find where an issue could be.
It's probably worth mentioning as well that some students graded and cleared and some didn't. Any thoughts?

Would it be possible if an example enrollment ID and item ID that is not rolling off the teacher's to-do list could be provided for me to review this behavior? As a note, this reported issue may be resolved faster with a ticket submitted to Agilix Support.
