Buzz: Product Feedback
I was doing a training on GoGuardian this week and one of our teachers left this feedback in regards to Buzz reflecting some frustration they have been having with the change to the new version:
- It sure would be nice to have a chat box to ask questions to when I am wasting time trying to figure out where the little box went to give black zeros.
The help button is fine and often brings you to the right documentation, but it pales in comparison beside other platforms such as GG where the help has an automated bot that takes you to useful documents based on questions that you ask. It also offers, as many sites do, the opportunity to start a chat with a customer support rep who is then able to walk them through their issues.
The world won't end if you don't implement any this, but I think it's worth considering.
