Students Can't Submit Work. Submit & Save Erros

Some of my students have been encountering a very bad problem. They will spend a very long time completing a very long test, only to encounter an error when trying to submit or save. When they refresh the screen, they lose everything. Please help with this issue. Screen shots provided below of error messages.

Hey Kelly!

That error indicates that the user is not authenticated and will need to sign into Buzz. I recommend that the student open a new window and sign into Buzz and then return to the other window where they encountered the error to resubmit. You may also report this behavior to the school to see if they have any applied settings that could have contributed to this behavior. And if necessary, have their point of contact submit a ticket to Agilix Support to help with preventing this behavior.
