What's the difference between the status of "inactive" vs "withdrawn" with regards to enrollments? What are examples of criteria that a teacher or administrator would use when deciding how to classify a student who has left the program?

Below is the intended definitions of the enrollment statuses for Buzz.
It would be great if the enrollment status chart above also showed whether or not the course displays in the student's dashboard in that status.
For instance, we know from trial and error that when Inactive, the course is not visible to the student, but Suspended, it is.
