Feature idea (LEVEL 2)
Hello,
I've been experimenting this trimester with multi-outcome scoring. It fits our school competency model extremely well but I have a few frustrations. Please let me know if there are workarounds for these or if Agilix will consider adjusting this feature.
- I can't grade assignments according to rubrics. This is inconvenient because our school uses rubrics to assess mastery. I've been just putting in the score and handing in a paper rubric but I'm wondering why the rubric feature, which is so helpful, is made unavailable with multi-outcome scoring enabled.
- I can't set scoring objectives to require different mastery thresholds for different groups of students. We require most students to demonstrate mastery at 84% but some, for various reasons, to do so at 70%. These latter students' scores show red if they are between 70 and 84.
Thank you for your help.

Hello Andrew,
1. At this time MOS courses are unable to utilize rubrics, we'll add this request to the list of possible additions to Buzz.
2. Information on how to update item settings for individual groups can be found in the article: How do I configure group-specific activity settings?
Updating the passing score percentage for that group should update the threshold for that group.
We have a couple of teachers at our school who like the MultiOutcomeScoring gradebook design, but stopped using it because with MOS:
1) Rubrics are not available (as is mentioned above)
2) The what-if calculator is not available to students with MOS
I see above that you added the request to enable rubrics with MOS in April 2018... any update on that?
