Teachers in my district have created mini courses that were intended to last for a few weeks and students have moved beyond these courses. Now that we have the parent observer feature enabled, we would like to archive those courses, or at least make them not visible, so that parents only see the courses that students are currently actively participating in. How can we do this without deleting the courses?

Hello Julie,
The student's enrollment can be updated to a status other than active, depending on what your preference would be. If an enrollment is updated to a "Completed" status then it will no longer show in the current courses for the student/observer but they would still be able to review the grades from the Performance homepage under the section "View Past Courses".
