I had a teacher accidentally delete an active course. This course had students in it making progress. Is there anyway to restore a deleted course?

To restore a deleted course would require using the API command RestoreCourse, and then the enrollments would need to be restored with RestoreEnrollment. Once the course and enrollments are restored the students will be able to continue where they left off.
