Hello, I have a student who is having trouble loading into Buzz, they are able to login with no issues but accessing the tool doesn't seem to work for them. It's just stuck on Loading Buzz... The student was traveling to Mexico on that day, could that possibly be the reason?

Hi Brian,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your description, it seems that the student is able to log into their SSO provider without issues, but they’re encountering trouble with loading Buzz through the SSO. While Buzz doesn't block access based on geographical location, there are several factors that could be influencing the student’s experience, especially since they were traveling to Mexico when the issue occurred.

Could you have have the student try logging directly into Buzz (without going through the SSO provider) to see if they are able to access the LMS. This will help determine if the issue is related to the SSO integration.

Network Issues in Mexico: Certain regional network restrictions or connectivity issues could be affecting access to Buzz. It might be worth trying a different network or using a VPN to see if the issue is related to the local network.

Check SSO Provider Settings: It’s possible that the SSO provider has specific configurations or restrictions that may impact access when traveling internationally. If direct access to Buzz works, this could indicate an issue with the SSO provider, and it might be worth checking with them for additional support.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reach out to your authorized support contact and if needed, they can submit a ticket to Agilix Support.

Thanks for your response. Your spot on with the restrictions Check SSO Provider Settings. Had a similar issue Edgenuity & in the tech support chat, they reset the users account & gave me a login to manually sign the student in. Any way we can have their account reset? Not sure how to go about that.

If you mean reset their account in the case of providing them with Buzz user account credentials; Depending on if the Domain Settings doesn't have the Authentication card checkbox "Prevent users from using Buzz credentials" enabled, they could use the Forgot Password menu option on the Buzz login page to set their own password.
