Password reset email not sending

Hello, we are experiencing an issue where emails from mailer@agilix.com are no longer being delivered to users. Email notifications and password reset requests are not landing in user inboxes or spam. Has the Agilix system recently changed its email sending policies or mail domain?

Hello, I need help resetting my password.  I tried using the contact provided on the site but haven't received an email with a reset link yet.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you.

There are two users I have identified that appear to be associated. One is a deactivated user account which could explain that you haven't received an email for. The other is located in domain https://nasboces-pj-spear.agilixbuzz.com/. You may use the reset password option and supply your username that exists in that domain. The username could also be an email address. If you need additional assistance with authenticating, I recommend reaching out to your authorized support representative to discuss in more detail what those parameters may be since this is public forum.
