I've been copying and pasting my feedback since it is faster than using the new templates and have now run into this issue where the feedback shows white inside the blue bubble.
This can happen when copying from a source where the copied content contains HTML styles.
Some possible solutions to consider:
Create templates in our tool as often as possible.
Remember that any highlights you add will appear in the colored message bubble.
When copying and pasting from an external text editor, paste as plain text to remove hidden styles. To paste as plain text use Ctrl + Shift + V on Windows and Cmd + Shift + V on Mac. This may be the easiest method to resolve this specific reported behavior.
To remove styles from existing templates open the template editor, copy the text and delete it, then paste it in as plain text.
Thanks, I'll consider it but all provide significantly more work for me. The best solution would be to fix the template issue - as many teachers have mentioned. I have all my templates saved in the tool but no longer use them as they are ineffective and waste more time. Thanks!
