Day 1 of asking for this until it I receive a response:
I am writing to express concerns about the recent addition of the feedback pop-up window feature. While I appreciate the intention behind it, all teachers at my school, including myself, have found it to be quite disruptive. The window involves too many unnecessary steps, making the grading process feel clunky and interrupting the natural flow of our work.
We kindly request either the removal of this feature or the OPTION to revert to the previous version or to opt-out, as it has caused significant frustration across our team. Streamlining the grading process is essential to maintaining efficiency, and this new addition has unfortunately made that more difficult.
We would appreciate your consideration of this feedback and any updates on how the platform may address these concerns.

In general, while we strive to help Buzz provide users with the best experience possible, understandably from evaluating possible changes, not every request will make it into Buzz or as quickly as some users may desire. That doesn't mean that the current behavior may not change.
Since it sounds like this is a priority request, I recommend reaching out to your school's support staff or to their account manager discuss this request.
Update: We know the recent updates to Feedback templates haven’t been smooth for everyone, and that can be frustrating. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
This update was made, in part, to pave the way for future improvements, and we want to get it right. That’s where you come in. We’d love to hear more detailed feedback directly from you about your workflows, what’s not working, and how we can make it better for you and all our teachers.
We’re inviting teachers and administrators to share what’s going on and brainstorm some fixes together.
