Per this article: https://support.edynamiclearning.com/support/solutions/articles/3000126661-buzz-bulk-adding-users You have the following fields to update when importing users:
Action,First Name,LastName,Username,Password,Email,Status
Add,Firstname1,Lastname1,user1,password1,example1@example-email.com,Active
Add,Firstname2,Lastname2,user2,password2,example2@example-email.com,Active
Add,Firstname3,Lastname3,user3,password3,example3@example-email.com,Active
However, is it possible to add the "External ID" in the file? Unless I am mistakenly thinking about the "external ID", we would like to use student pupil IDs (from our SIS) as the external ID in the LMS and I do not want to click on each individual account and manually type the ID number (increasing the risk of error).

Yes, you can include external ID for students when doing bulk adding students. I include an external ID for all new students when I bulk add at the beginning of the school year. Here's the column headers I use...
Thanks Doug Hoover... is there any documentation showing what fields we can update (other than the initial 7 as linked originally)?
I'm going to look into whether or not we can also "bulk update" accounts via import file... I suspect we would need to export our user list so we would then have LMS's "User ID" to reference the account and maybe an "Update" action instead of "Add".
Found the info... If I would simply read more... 😅
