One of our teachers noticed that when viewing activities in one of our courses, they could not see some of the course activities. These are not hidden items, but we can't seem to view them regardless of how we view the course. I can send screenshots and course info as needed.
If possible, could someone let me know when we might be able to expect support for this issue? Students are unable to complete the first units of their course because they are not visible to them.
I hope you're having a wonderful day, Julianne! Thank you so much for reaching out.
Just a friendly reminder that if you have a priority or time sensitive topic, I would recommend to connect with your organization's support contact. They can help escalate a ticket to Agilix Support if needed. This public forum is a fantastic space for the Buzz community to share insights and support each other. While Agilix Support occasionally chimes in on threads, the ticketing system is the best way to get a quick response for time-sensitive matters.
Now, regarding your example, if the folders are empty or contain activities that are hidden from students, they won’t show up in the Buzz Activity Player. Also, if the folder has the "Hide from table of contents" setting turned on, it won’t be visible in the Activity Player either. If either of those scenarios are not the case, please provide the course ID and I will be happy to investigate the cause.
Thanks, I appreciate your response! Unfortunately our support contact doesn't usually respond very quickly so we are often waiting for awhile to receive help, even on time sensitive issues. If you have suggestions about how to improve that line of contact, I would be happy to try those.
Thank you so much. I was unfamiliar with the "hide from table of contents" setting until you described it. I will adjust that now.
