The grading templates used to be stored below the student feedback window. It was easy to find which group I needed to get my template from. There's been an update now where that display of my template groups is gone, and instead I have to click on "insert template" every single time. If it could be reversed to just having the list of group templates underneath the feedback window, that would be amazing!
I agree 100%, Lietty. This update has complicated my grading, slowing it considerably by adding extra steps. For example, I may use more than one template in any given response.
Also, why is the completed feedback showing in blue and white? It looks like a section was cut and pasted, when in reality, only the feedback template was selected. Aesthetically, this is problematic, especially since we tell our students they cannot cut and paste into a text box for quizzes on the platform.
PLEASE return the template list back underneath the feedback window. 🙏🏼 It may not seem like a big deal, but this update will result in slower turnaround and decreased efficiency.
Also, if it's not too much trouble, can you add a feature where we can select a font and font size? Please and thank you.

The copy/paste appearance in the feedback window is troublesome however, the biggest issue is the new location of the grading templates. Please restore the grading template list back underneath the feedback window as was previously.
We know the recent updates to Feedback templates haven’t been smooth for everyone, and that can be frustrating. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
This update was made, in part, to pave the way for future improvements, and we want to get it right. That’s where you come in. We’d love to hear more detailed feedback directly from you about your workflows, what’s not working, and how we can make it better for you and all our teachers.
We’re inviting teachers and administrators to share what’s going on and brainstorm some fixes together.
