I have embedded links with canva into my landing page and have found that they disappear throughout the year. Its frustrating to have this happen and then have to redo it.
A screenshot of a landing page I embedded a link in but it seems to still not work. It would also be nice to be able to export landing pages instead of having to do it one by one.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I understand how frustrating it must be to have embedded links disappear from your landing page.
To help us investigate further, could you please provide the course ID where this is occurring? Additionally, if possible, sharing the original embedded content would allow us to review its makeup and pinpoint any potential causes for this issue.
Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to assist you in resolving this problem. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
Hello everyone, if you navigate to the landing page at issue, could you copy the entire URL from your browser and paste that here so it can be investigated?
Looking at the code viewer of the Landing page, it appears a user copied the landing page images from one course and pasted it into the impacted Landing Page editor, causing the images to not load.
In the course where it is working, the images are pointing to the files which have been uploaded to the course resources. Specially they are located in that course's Resources > Embeds folder.
To resolve this, the author will need to upload the images from their local machine to the course resources within the impacted courses, then embed them from the course resources in the Landing Page editor as has been done in the working course.

I'm unsure of how to find the course ID, but this is the embedded content:
https://www.canva.com/design/DAEwvxzNItY/view
I have tried both with the HTML, and the embedded link.
I'm part of Academica's Dual Diploma Program so the courses are titled, Dual Diploma United States History, etc .
I am also having this same issue. My first course doesn't glitch, but after a few days my other courses will do the same as Natasha mentioned.

It is happening to all of my courses except the first one.

From those examples,
Looking at the code viewer of the Landing page, it appears a user copied the landing page images from one course and pasted it into the impacted Landing Page editor, causing the images to not load.
Thank you for looking into this for me. I believe I have corrected the mistake. :)
