Yes we have several students who are showing rostered in classlink, correct course codes,etc. However when they go to login to the app via classlink, they receive an error stating:
"Account problem
Single-Sign-On (SSO) is configured correctly
You have correctly authenticated with your SSO
Your user or domain has been deactivated
Please contact your system administrator with these details:
Code: DEACTIVATEDUSERORDOMAIN
Data: 196384231"
The users are active on our end. How can I troubleshoot or correct?
I looked up user ID 196384231, and they indeed are deactivated. If you navigate to that user's History page in Buzz you can see there have been multiple changes in the past by user ID 180353255 which have been changing the user's status between inactive and active. That user account also manages OneRoster syncs.

Roger that, I was unaware the students could be deactivated on the admin portal, beyond classlink, the SIS, and AD.
