I created a Master course and then created 4 child courses from it (for the 4 sections of the class this Fall), however when due dates are updated in the Master course, they aren't updating in the child courses. I tried re-creating a child course after the due dates were all in place but it set all due dates for gradable items to 2/1/2025 rather than chapter 1 to 8/17, chapter 2 to 8/24, chapter 3 to 8/30 and so on (which is how the master course is set up). What am I doing wrong?
NOTE: I added text to the Master course Landing page as a test and that carried over into all 4 sections.
To better understand the behavior that is occurring I will need to locate it and continue to investigate. Could you provide me with the course ID's of the master course and it's child courses? And could you provide me with an activity ID in the master course that also exists in the child courses - where the due date was modified but didn't flow to the activities in those child courses?
Assuming the due dates were updated on the activities within the base course, could you provide me with an example activity ID where the due date was updated in course ID 53369429 and didn't change the activity in course ID 207687363?

Hi Laura! Lets looks into this!

Sure. The Master course ID is 53369429 and the child course that hasn't been updating is 207687363 (it's a few generations down from the Master).
